(iii)  you can find sensible grounds to think that this sort of proof will likely be available at a later date; and (2)  the court finds by crystal clear and convincing proof that:(one)  Matter to approval with the courtroom and the requirements of the chapter as well as the statutes and laws mentioned beneath subsection (b)(two), (3), (four), (
